Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in an inbound call center.
• Experience in financial services and navigating banking systems.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and build trust with customers across products and services.
• Resolve inquiries through active listening, critical thinking, and first-call resolution.
• Address account questions (balances, transfers, PIN resets, check orders) and provide digital banking support.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and ensure security of customer information on calls.
