SouthState Bank is seeking a Correspondent Senior Business Development Officer to own and grow relationships with community banks and drive new sales of SouthState Correspondent products and services.

You will maintain knowledge of all SouthState products, present analyses to prospects, and represent the bank at events while cultivating influencers. Extensive travel (90%) is required across a defined region, with telecommuting options where allowed.

• Develop new relationships with community banks and drive sales of current products.
• Maintain knowledge of SouthState products and services offered by SouthState Correspondent.
• Present analysis comparisons and other services for prospect institutions.
• Act as a liaison at bank-sponsored and external events.

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of SouthState Bank and SouthState Correspondent offerings.
• Facilitate relationships with bank management and support personnel to follow up on opportunities.
