Paycom - ATS is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the B2C Sales Team in a remote call center environment. You will coach, develop talent, and drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth while partnering with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to optimize processes and technology.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric culture, performance accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across Eastern and Central time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of call center sales management experience required.
• Experience leading remote teams in a high-volume sales environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the B2C Sales Team to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor KPIs including pipeline activity, conversions, and customer experience metrics.
• Create actionable sales strategies to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members, including nesting phase development.
• Partner with leadership to establish sales protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure seamless customer experience.
