Care.com is seeking a mid‑level inside sales professional for a full‑time, remote role, targeting revenue growth through new client relationships and partnerships. The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, proven cold‑calling ability, and sustaining daily activity with a high‑energy, self‑starter mindset.

You will manage a pipeline of small to mid‑sized businesses, pursue Care.com Marketing Solutions, and collaborate with leadership to analyze metrics while growing your book of business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales is required.
• Experience with cold‑calling sales is required.
• Must commit to 100 dials, and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time, each day.

Responsibilities

• Interact with small to medium size business owners to offer Care.Com Marketing Solutions to help build their customer base and achieve business goals.
• Maintain a consistent and balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals through the sales cycle.
• Monitor the daily volume of calls, messages, & touch points
• Achieve individual sales goals/quota on a consistent weekly and monthly basis
• In-depth understanding of company services/products, industry, and trends with a focus on value
• Work closely with the Care.com management team to analyze sales and financial metrics while retaining your book of business
