SBC Performance is a growth partner for brands seeking to expand across 26+ global markets. We drive scalable growth through data-driven paid media, performance creative, and advanced analytics, with 200+ clients and $150M+ in ad spend managed.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to grow our client base, build lasting partnerships, and lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract signing. The role is remote with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record in cold sales (calls, outreach, LinkedIn).
• Background in Home Improvement, Finance, Loans (traffic sales preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Researching potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases and market search.
• Contacting and engaging cold leads.
• Managing clients through the full sales cycle: pitches, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Collaborating with legal, finance, product, and business development teams.
• Working with CRM systems to track and manage opportunities.
• Building and maintaining partnerships in key verticals: Home Improvement and Loans.
• Achieving KPIs, including bringing in at least 5 new partners per month.
