Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Remote Manager of Client Support to lead the mscripts Support team and ensure exceptional client experience. You will coordinate daily operations, staffing, and scheduling to meet service levels while driving customer satisfaction.

You will mentor the team, manage escalations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and deliver regular KPI updates to leadership. A performance-driven, adaptable leader thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of work experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• 4+ years in customer service, preferably in a call center.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, workload distribution, and scheduling to support SLAs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Client Support team.
• Track, analyze, and report team KPIs and performance.
• Develop career progression paths and training for Support Associates.
• Manage escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
