Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative in the Phoenix area to drive B2B sales growth. You will meet activity targets for quotes and orders, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with installation crews to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial markets, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency. Remote work flexibility is available when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews, including occasional weekend/holiday installations.
