Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Sales Representative to pursue new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts across MO/KS regions. You will partner with management on budgets and align with operations to maximize plant capacity and add value-added services.

The role requires ability to build relationships at multiple levels, create compelling presentations, and navigate pricing dynamics. Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office is expected, along with a track record of meeting sales

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years B2B sales experience in manufacturing or services.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrated sales competence and financial acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts to meet sales objectives.
• Develop new business with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with management on budgets and work with operations to maximize capacity and value-added services.
• Identify pricing dynamics and monitor profitability, using CRM for pipeline management.
