Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience within the packaging and container industries highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong demonstrated track record
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel locally in and out of selling area and state for meetings as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key customers and targets
• Identify cost savings gaps and opportunities with the customer's environment and utilize resources to build solutions
• Establish a sales budget, strategies and tactical sales plans by product line, customer, and market
• Follow policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
• Provide timely feedback to management on service issues and customer concerns
• Partner with branch operations to meet and exceed service expectations
• Utilize CRM tools to respond to customer needs and information requests
