Job summary

Jump Start Consulting is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our client base through outbound sales and business development. This 100% remote, 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible work hours and unlimited earning potential on a commission-only basis.

You'll conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and outreach to business owners and decision-makers, with uncapped earning potential. Part-time or side-gig arrangements are encouraged for individuals balancing other work.

Qualifications

• Cold-calling experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
• Prior B2B sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or HR services experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients.
• Send cold emails and other outbound communications.
• Identify and connect with business owners, executives, HR professionals, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
• Introduce prospective clients to Jump Start Consulting and our recruitment services.
• Identify potential hiring and recruiting needs.
• Generate interest and schedule qualified sales conversations.
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients.
• Help move prospects through the sales process toward signed client agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups.
