Job summary

Easy Ice in Houston, TX, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager for our outside sales team. This remote role requires daily market presence to generate leads, set appointments, and close B2B deals with diverse customers.

You will collaborate with operations and install coordinators, manage CRM pipelines, and strive to meet monthly targets while contributing to a growth-focused culture with base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of outside sales experience with a top performance trajectory.
• Experience with short sales cycles and one-call-close skills.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads in a market.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.
• Experience using CRM to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets by actively prospecting in-market daily.
• Serve as market leader coordinating between sales, operations and install coordinators.
• Maintain regular presence in local operations branch and align on installations.
• Self-generate leads through networking and referrals; perform cold calls.
• Manage CRM and pipeline hygiene to track sales progress and customer records.
• Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
