Desort seeks a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business nationwide from a fully remote position in the United States. You will target business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to open doors and secure recruitment contracts.
The role is commission-based with uncapped earnings and requires self-motivation to build your own pipeline while collaborating with our recruiting team.
Formación
- Experience in hunter sales with lead generation.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Ability to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
Responsabilidades
- Prospect for new business and identify companies with hiring needs.
- Contact business owners, directors, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
- Cold call, email, LinkedIn and other prospecting methods.
- Introduce Desort's recruitment services and identify hiring opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential clients and convert prospects into new clients and recruitment contracts.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline and explore new markets.
