Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle in the DC/Baltimore market, prospecting to close with commercial property managers and HOAs. You will craft proposals, respond to RFPs, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, a base salary in the $85k–$90k range, and full benefits. Travel within the territory is expected, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Landscape industry background is a plus, but not required.
• Strong track record in commercial or HOA services sales will translate.
• Must be self-generated with ability to build a pipeline and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the DC/Baltimore market from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers.
• Prepare job estimates and bid proposals with operations; respond to RFPs.
• Hit a $1M annual sales target and drive repeat business through strong account management.
