Energage, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify Top Workplaces program participants by researching and qualifying companies. You will source leads, develop strategic plans, and guide prospects from initial contact through discovery and qualification, collaborating with Account Executives along the way.

The role emphasizes remote work with occasional in-person interactions, including opportunities in Exton PA.

Qualifications

1+ years of B2B software or tech sales experience.
Track record of achieving objectives.
Passion for software and technology.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with peers.
Ability to perform sales research and develop tailored plans.

Responsibilities

Research accounts and create targeted, strategic plans to qualify them from outbound and marketing campaigns.
Use power dialers to perform high-velocity sales prospecting.
Research targeted prospects online and tailor value propositions to needs.
Develop presentations of products/services tailored to potential customers from your research.
Develop communication strategies to connect prospects and Account Executives.
Engage with executives in discussions about our products and services.
