The Business Sales Consultant role focuses on influencing C-suite decision makers about co-employment offerings, generating new prospects, and selling CoAd PEO services to meet annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or technical field.
• 3-5+ years in complex solutions-based sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• Experience in a business environment and with PEO is preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and strategic selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Engage C-suite level professionals to understand needs and present CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as the leading PEO provider.
• Meet monthly KPIs and exceed quotas.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and daily workflow integration.
