Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years in complex solutions-based sales or 2+ years in outside sales.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits industry standards.
• Proven consultative sales track record with quotas.

Responsibilities

• Must reside within the Greater Jax area.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify and establish potential channel partners.
• Establish 150 - 200+ new connections each week.
• Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Engage with C-Suite level professionals to discuss business needs and sell CoAd. PEO services.
• Represent CoAd. as the leading PEO provider.
• Adhere to CoAd. Core Competencies and Core Values.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and willingness to use them.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and draft content.
