Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking a Virtual Sales Account Manager to build partnerships and grow the ingredient portfolio within existing customers while working 100% remote from home.

You will manage virtual territory planning, develop business plans, and achieve sales targets through calls, WebEx, and video chats. Three roles align to Performance Materials, Health & Nutrition, and CARE units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in B2B
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Strong discovery skills to understand customer needs
• Intellectual curiosity and thrive through self direction
• Strong interpersonal skills across stakeholders
• Excel in customer negotiations and closing growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Improve and expand position within assigned accounts using consultative selling
• Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within accounts
• Provide customer technical support and consultant services to increase value
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products, services, and competitors
• Provide vital information to ensure inventory levels and customer satisfaction
• Conduct calls via telephone, WebEx, or video chat to meet financial targets
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals
• Document all account activity in Salesforce CRM
