Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of Genius and other solutions across restaurant, retail, and service industries. You will manage a robust pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking, delivering value-based presentations both in-person and online.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with business owners.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable building relationships and selling face to face and virtually.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to spend 75% of time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius® and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtual to demonstrate benefits of Genius®.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
