GaggleAMP Inc is seeking a second seller to join our autonomous close-to-close sales team. You will own your pipeline, close high-value deals, and drive revenue with leadership support when needed.

We prize value-based selling, a rigorous qualification approach, and the ability to manage a 1M ARR quota. This role is remote within the United States and offers uncapped commissions and growth into larger, strategic deals as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience closing full-cycle deals at or near the company size.
• Ability to own and manage a complete sales pipeline.
• Proven track record with value-based selling and price authority.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual new-business quota and own the pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously and build value cases.
• Lead value-led discovery tied to buyer metrics before quoting price.
• Hold price at list and avoid discounting.
• Maintain a trustworthy forecast with real-time CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success on larger deals.
