Job summary

GaggleAMP Inc is seeking a second full-cycle closer who sells on value and maintains price integrity. You will own your pipeline and leverage a documented framework to close large, strategic deals with marketing and revenue leaders.

Autonomy and strong results are expected as you scale with the team. You will operate with real pricing power, forecast rigor, and a modern tech stack, including AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude and prospecting tools such as Apollo.

Qualifications

• Carry an individual new-business quota at a company near our size, closing deals in the 18k–60k range to senior marketing or revenue buyers.
• Disqualify deals quickly if not a good fit or budget holder identified.
• Build value cases with buyer-provided numbers and outline ROI before pricing.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual new-business quota (1M in new ARR) and own the pipeline to hit it.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously, confirm buyer budget, and build a real value case before engagement.
• Run value-led discovery and tie impact to the buyer's metrics (revenue from social-driven pipeline, or offset paid spend).
• Hold price at list and avoid discounts on unqualified deals.
• Maintain a trustworthy forecast with CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success, escalating to leadership on larger deals.
