Job summary

GaggleAMP is seeking a second full-cycle closer to own a 1M ARR quota and build a scalable pipeline with autonomy and leadership support as needed. You will qualify opportunities, run value-based discovery, and hold price at list while shaping the sales process and forecast with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success.

The role offers remote work within the United States and uncapped commission on a stable, bootstrapped company with clear growth and a practical, framework-driven selling

Qualifications

• Experience closing full-cycle deals of substantial value.
• Ability to own pipeline and forecast with integrity.
• Comfort with value-based selling and price ownership.
• Proven track record at a comparable company size.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual new-business quota of 1M in new ARR.
• Qualify opportunities, build real value cases, and identify budget holders.
• Run value-led discovery tying impact to buyer numbers before price.
• Hold price and avoid discounting; close at list price.
• Maintain a trustworthy forecast in CRM and collaborate with teams.
