Job summary

GaggleAMP is seeking a second seller who closes deals with a value-based approach and owns the pipeline from prospecting to close. You will operate with autonomy, proving landmark results and shaping future hiring and coaching as we scale.

Expect to own your pipeline, strategy, and pricing decisions with leadership support when needed. You will qualify aggressively, avoid underperforming deals, and manage a forecast that accurately reflects buyer commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have carried a full-cycle new-business quota at a company near our size.
• Experience selling to senior marketing or revenue buyers.
• Ability to build value cases from buyer input and link to dollars.

Responsibilities

• Carry a 1M ARR new-business quota and own the pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously and disqualify when needed.
• Conduct value-led discovery and tie impact to buyer numbers before pricing.
• Hold price and avoid discounts; sell at list price.
• Maintain a trustworthy forecast and keep CRM up to date.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success.
