GaggleAMP is a profitable, bootstrapped company that has led the employee-advocacy category for over a decade. We're adding our second seller: a full-cycle closer who qualifies hard, sells on value, holds price, and would rather walk from a bad-fit deal than chase it.

You will own your pipeline, your qualification calls, and your deal strategy with leadership support when it counts. This role offers autonomy, a clear growth path, and real pricing power as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Carries a full-cycle new-business quota (1M in new ARR) and owns pipeline.
• Qualifies opportunities rigorously with decision-makers and budget holders.
• Runs value-led discovery and ties impact to buyer numbers (revenue, spend offset).
• Maintains a clean forecast and honest CRM data.
• Demonstrates ability to hold price and avoid discounts.
• Uses a modern tech stack and can name AI and prospecting tools used.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual new-business quota and own the pipeline that gets you there.
• Qualify every opportunity; confirm fit and budget holder.
• Run value-led discovery and tie impact to buyer numbers.
• Hold price; avoid discounting; sell at list price.
• Forecast deals based on buyer actions and maintain CRM integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation and Customer Success.
