DESORT STAFFING is hiring a Recruitment Business Development Representative for New Client Acquisition. This remote, commission-only role focuses on putting Desort's recruitment services in front of business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers nationwide.

You will generate conversations, build relationships, and win new clients from scratch. You should excel at high-volume outreach, cold calling, and identifying decision-makers, with a hunter mindset and strong persistence.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
• Ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Proven ability to identify and reach hiring decision-makers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
• Introduce Desort and position recruitment services as a solution.
• Develop new client relationships from the ground up.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and follow up to close deals.
• Explore new industries and markets for Desort.
