Job summary

Desort, a growing recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition nationwide. This 100% remote role offers uncapped commissions and a flexible schedule.

You will conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to business owners and HR leaders, reach decision-makers, and position Desort’s services as the hiring solution. If you love sales and turning prospects into clients, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and B2B sales in recruitment/agency context.
• Experience recruiting or staffing sales is a strong plus.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Ability to identify and reach hiring decision-makers.
• Persistent with follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
• Position Desort and its recruitment services as the hiring solution.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Develop new client relationships from ground up.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently to turn prospects into clients.
• Explore new industries and markets for Desort.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to support client searches.
• Generate measurable new business and contribute to company growth.
