Desort is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition nationwide in a 100% remote, commission-only role. The position focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, and turning opportunities into measurable recruitment business growth.

You will identify potential clients, craft tailored outreach, and collaborate with Desort’s recruiting team to fulfill hiring needs,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Proven ability to reach decision-makers and build relationships.
• Persistent with follow-up and ability to close new business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
• Introduce Desort and position recruitment services as solutions.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Develop new client relationships from ground up.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently and convert prospects to clients.
• Explore new industries and markets for Desort.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to support client searches.
• Generate measurable new business and contribute to growth.
