Job summary

Virtualite is seeking business development advisors to generate new business opportunities and guide prospects through consultative sales conversations. The role focuses on identifying prospects, leading discovery calls, presenting solutions, and maintaining a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and goals.
• Present Virtualite's service solutions to potential clients.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support conversions.
