Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth in the Food & Beverage segment across the US and Canada. You will acquire new customers, win back accounts, and build recurring revenue through strategic relationships and targeted initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales teams, engineers, and procurement, with remote work options and a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience prospecting, developing and acquiring new industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing technical sales opportunities from qualification to order.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Identify new prospective customers with no prior purchasing relationship and recover long inactive accounts across North America.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and relationship development.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to identify needs and propose technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and initial orders with cross‑team collaboration.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, track conversion metrics, and provide market intelligence for growth.
