Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth in the Food & Beverage sector across the US and Canada. You will identify untapped opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into recurring revenue.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, technical and commercial solutioning, and a strong focus on pipeline management. Remote coverage is supported across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience with technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiation and order conversion.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective customers with no existing purchasing relationship or previously lost accounts across the United States and Canada.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to define filtration and separation needs and craft technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement to order conversion in collaboration with regional teams.
• Maintain a qualified new-business pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth.
