Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager – North America in the Food & Beverage sector to accelerate growth by acquiring new customers across the US and Canada and recovering inactive accounts.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage and is part of the North America Food & Beverage Sales team, located in the continental US and working remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales or business development with technical products.
• Experience prospecting and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities through qualification, negotiation, and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new prospects across the United States and Canada.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to tailor filtration solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement to order with regional teams.
• Build a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence for growth.
