Qualifications

• Ability to train across store staff and drive a B2B culture.
• Ability to work with multiple teams, remote collaboration and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales with existing commercial accounts using relationship-based strategies.
• Establish pricing, special orders, and custom solutions within guidelines.
• Develop new commercial opportunities through events, visits, and promotions.
• Coach store teams to adopt a B2B mindset and integrate it into daily operations.
• Represent B2B initiatives in local trade shows and client meetings.
