BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive in the United States. You will drive new business by engaging Leads, converting them into Clients, and managing relationships across inbound and outbound channels.

The role involves travel and collaboration within a team of executives, with opportunities for leadership for top performers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B field sales, a proven record of closing deals, and experience selling staff augmentation services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales with US clients.
• Proven track record closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience sourcing new clients, cold calling and closing.
• Strong marketing and negotiating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to a high volume of inbound leads.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
• Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
