BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to drive new business by engaging leads, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into clients. The role involves travel and collaboration within a team of executives, with leadership opportunities for top performers.

Responsibilities include handling a high inbound lead volume, proactive outreach via cold calls and networking, presenting the company in meetings, and producing regular sales & financial reports.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
• Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
• Experience in software outsourcing industry.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
• Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
