Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to drive new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with Leads and converting them into Clients. This role involves travel and client-facing meetings, both remote and in-person.

You will be part of a collaborative group of executives, with leadership opportunities for top performers. You will respond quickly to inbound leads, prospect new clients, present our company, and deliver regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years B2B Field sales experience targeting US clientele.
• Proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
• Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
• Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
• Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
