Property Leads is seeking an Account Manager to own and nurture a book of B2B accounts remotely in the US. You’ll shepherd onboarding, maintain relationships, and drive retention and expansion while diagnosing issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize client value.

You will track health metrics, communicate transparently, and advocate for customers to ensure continued growth and satisfaction across markets and services.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years owning a B2B accounts book.
• Proven ability to retain customers and grow spend.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and de-escalation skills.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management.
• Experience with real estate investors, roofers, or very small‑business customers is a plus.
