Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is hiring an AWS Project Manager to lead cloud-based contact center projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will oversee the full lifecycle of CCaaS, conversational AI, and agentic solutions using Amazon Connect within the AWS ecosystem.

The role requires 5+ years in project management for CCaaS, 2+ years on Amazon Connect, and AWS certification, with experience in professional services and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in CCaaS environments.
• 2+ years as PM or scrum lead on Amazon Connect implementations.
• AWS cloud delivery experience and client-facing consulting background.
• Experience with estimation/SOW/Change Orders and agile/hybrid approaches.
• Current AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of CCaaS, conversational AI, and agentic solutions.
• Manage project financials, scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps across teams.
• Serve as client single point of contact and drive stakeholder decisions.
• Facilitate UAT, training, production cutover, and post-go-live support.
