Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part Of Accenture is hiring an AWS Project Manager to lead cloud-based contact center initiatives for Mid‑Market & Enterprise clients. You will drive requirements, designs, and delivery across AWS ecosystem, with a focus on CCaaS, AI, and agentic solutions.

You’ll interact with VP/Director stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and experience delivering cloud contact

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in contact center environments or similar.
2+ years as PM or SCRUM lead on Amazon Connect implementations.
AI delivery/solution experience in contact center projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and lead full lifecycle delivery of CCaaS and AI-enabled solutions.
Monitor project financials, scope, schedule, dependencies, risks.
Facilitate status meetings and publish weekly progress reports.
Serve as client primary day-to-day contact and drive client decisions.
Define success metrics and track outcomes throughout engagement.
Coordinate with Solution Architects to capture requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support UAT, testing plans, and issue resolution during delivery.
Assist training logistics and post-go-live hypercare activities.
