NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an AWS Engagement Manager to lead delivery for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You will own customer relationships, oversee delivery health, and partner with Sales to scope new work and drive account growth.

You’ll guide project managers on cloud-based contact center and AI solutions, while building strong executive-level partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 10+ years of consulting experience across software delivery
• 5+ years leading complex engagements with large teams
• 5+ years architecting, selling, and delivering AWS solutions
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or AWS-based solution design
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, scoping, and presenting to executives
• Hands-on end-to-end architecture across requirements, blueprinting, integrations and go-live
• Strong SDLC and program governance understanding
• Experience leading distributed cross-functional solution teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience creating SOWs and LOEs
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive audiences

• Develop and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective across engagements
• Provide direction and oversight to project teams, serving as escalation point
• Lead thought leadership for customers and articulate value delivered
• Participate in customer sales cycles with scope, estimates and staffing input
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery including kickoff and onboarding
• Staff projects with appropriate teams and manage staffing risks
• Drive innovation and reusable assets in delivery capabilities
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices across engagements
• Represent NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture in leadership roles
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and events
