NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks an Engagement Manager to own delivery health and customer satisfaction across AWS engagements for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales to scope new work, guide Project Managers in delivering cloud-based contact center and AI solutions, and lead distributed teams with a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience across iterative software development initiatives.
• 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members.
• 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering AWS solutions.
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or AWS-based solution design (e.g., Amazon Connect).
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across delivery phases.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance.
• Experience shaping and managing distributed cross-functional solution teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience creating SOWs, LOE estimates, Change Orders, and supporting sales.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, own and manage customer relationships across engagements.
• Provide direction to project teams and serve as escalation point for quality delivery.
• Act as a thought leader, articulating value and transformation opportunities.
• Participate in customer sales cycles and collaborate with Sales on growth plans.
• Smoothly transition customers from sales to delivery, define kickoff roles, and onboarding.
• Staff projects appropriately with operations/staffing teams and leadership.
• Drive internal initiatives to improve delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices within approved tools and data requirements.
• Contribute to leadership and brand growth for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture.
• Travel up to 25% for client projects.
