Contrail Aviation Support, LLC is seeking a Technical Records Analyst in Verona, WI or remote (U.S.-based). This mid-level role focuses on reviewing and validating turbine engine records to support acquisition, leasing, sale, exchange, and teardown decisions.

You will work independently and with the Technical team, researching ADs and SBs, maintaining LLP tracking, and communicating with operators, lessors, and OEMs on active deals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience reviewing or managing turbine engine technical records in aviation environments including researching ADs and SBs.
• Experience with engine platforms such as CFM56, V2500, CF6 and PW4000 preferred.
• Exposure to engine leasing, trading, or exchange transactions.
• Prior communication with OEMs, operators, or lessors.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; accuracy is critical.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently with good organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate engine records for purchase, lease, sale, exchange, and teardown transactions; include operation and maintenance history.
• Research and verify compliance of ADs and SBs against engine and component records.
• Maintain and analyze technical records, shop visit reports, maintenance history, and LLP tracking.
• Contact operators, lessors, and OEMs to request missing documentation or resolve discrepancies.
• Support Asset Acquisition with technical evaluations and modeling of engines under consideration.
• Communicate with customers and operators on acquisitions, leases, and sales projects.
• Contribute to internal valuation, financial modeling, and reporting using Excel and internal tools.
• Build knowledge of engine leasing structures and aftermarket trends.
