Job summary

KP Aviation is seeking a Technical Records Engineer to assess aircraft and engine records and ensure airworthiness documentation for asset acquisitions. You will audit ADs, SBs, LLPs, and overhaul records, and coordinate with airlines and MROs to resolve discrepancies.

Remote work may be considered for suitable candidates outside the Phoenix area. The role requires strong technical knowledge of aircraft and engines, CMMS experience, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of auditing aircraft and engine records and related documentation.
• Technical knowledge of aircraft and engines required.
• Experience with computerized maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and formal documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed review and audit of commercial aircraft and engine records.
• Research records with airlines, MROs, lessors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Technical Minipacks and BtB trace for asset marketing.
• Update and organize digital project folders and records.
• Support customers with technical data throughout asset transfers.
