Job summary

Chromalloy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Technical Records Analyst to manage, organize, and audit aircraft engine technical records throughout the asset lifecycle. You will help maintain complete, accurate records supporting acquisitions, overhauls, leasing, and sales while ensuring FAA/EASA and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Aviation or a related field is required.
• 1+ years aviation technical records experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LLP traceability for life-limited parts.
• Understanding of aviation maintenance documentation and related records.
• Working knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations and quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic records management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Audit aircraft engine technical records for FAA/EASA/compliance.
• Support baseline records reviews for acquisitions, consignments, and overhauls.
• Maintain and communicate open item lists; drive discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare records packages for leased and sold assets with documentation.
• Research and resolve missing documentation and traceability gaps.
• Coordinate with airlines, lessors, MROs, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain records in records management systems with data integrity.
• Support LLP traceability validation and other critical documentation.
• Organize and manage technical docs from multiple sources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of records quality and efficiency.
