Chromalloy Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Records to manage aircraft engine maintenance records throughout the asset lifecycle. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and complete documentation for acquisitions, overhauls, leasing, and sales while coordinating with customers, regulators, MROs, and internal teams.

The role requires an associate degree or FAA A&P, 3+ years in aviation records, and strong knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements, LLP

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Aviation, Business, or related field or FAA A&P certification.
• 3+ years in aviation technical records in airline/MRO/leasing contexts.
• Knowledge of LLP life-limited parts traceability and aviation records standards.
• Familiarity with 8130s, NIS, BTB, DFP and related records.
• Proficient in FAA/EASA regulations and MS Office; experience with records systems.

Aufgaben

• Audit aircraft engine technical records for FAA/EASA and customer requirements.
• Review baseline records for acquisitions, overhauls, consignments, and sales transactions.
• Manage open item lists and coordinate timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare complete technical records packages for leased and sold assets.
• Research missing documentation and traceability gaps with airlines and MROs.
• Maintain organized information within records management systems and ensure data integrity.
• Support LLP traceability and component documentation reviews and validation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, regulators, and internal teams on inquiries and findings.
• Organize large volumes of technical documentation into auditable structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve records processes and data quality and efficiency.
