APA Aviation Staffing is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative for the aviation MRO sector. This remote role supports airlines, leasing companies, and service providers across the United States, with frequent travel to opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience within the commercial aviation industry.
• Proven ability to independently identify prospects, initiate relationships, and develop new business.

Mansioni

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in commercial aviation and MRO.
• Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, cargo operators, OEMs, and aviation service providers.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build relationships with senior aviation decision-makers in maintenance, engineering, fleet planning, and ops.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and events to expand business relationships.
• Research target customers, fleets, maintenance needs, and market developments.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Support proposals, strategic accounts, and customer acquisition with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide strategy.
