PartsBase, the world's largest online aviation marketplace, is seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead PBExpo's sales organization. This remote role guides account executives, fosters growth with exhibitors and sponsors, and partners with leadership to scale revenue.

You will build scalable processes, mentor teams, and maintain executive relationships across aviation, aerospace, and defense. Remote work within the United States offers global collaboration and career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 4+ years of account management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience selling sponsorships, exhibit space, or trade-show opportunities.
• Experience using CRM for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives.
• Set sales goals, expectations, and accountability.
• Coach, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Develop revenue growth strategies with executive leadership.
• Manage exhibitor, sponsorship, and attendee revenue.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with decision-makers in aviation sectors.
