Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking a driven Client Relationship Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. The role focuses on engaging provided leads, building lasting client partnerships, and collaborating with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions for aviation and aerospace clients.

Ideal candidates bring aviation staffing agency experience, a sales or account-management background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Aviation staffing agency experience required (OEM/MRO or related).
• Background in sales, account management, recruiting, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with outreach calls and virtual meetings.
• Self-motivated, highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts with follow-through.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and pipelines.
• Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contact and convert leads into active clients by promoting staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and communications using CRM tools.
