Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Service Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve smart-space issues remotely, coordinating with technicians and clients. You will manage cases in Dynamics 365, create work orders, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent client communication.

The role blends technical troubleshooting with service coordination, requiring strong phone etiquette and experience in a client-service environment. Fully remote; compensation $96,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3 to 5 years in AV, networking, or technology integration, with meaningful time spent troubleshooting remotely or by phone.
• Experience in a client-service environment serving high-end clientele; call center experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of at least one major control platform (Control4, Savant, Crestron, URC, Josh.ai, or Elan).
• Solid networking fundamentals across routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
• Demonstrated experience owning a service queue, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and follow-through to closure.

Responsibilities

• Remote technical support: diagnose and resolve client issues across AV, networking, control, lighting, and surveillance platforms remotely.
• Case and service coordination: open cases in Dynamics, manage work orders, scheduling, and technician handoffs.
• Client and commercial: enroll clients in DaisyCare and upsell where appropriate; manage contracts and upgrades.
• Documentation and improvement: capture clear case notes and contribute to process improvements.
