Job summary

Daisy in Costa Mesa is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their smart space systems operate seamlessly. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, provide consultancy, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, assessing and maintaining AV, networking, control systems, and security gear; identifying repairs, quoting, coordinating upgrades; documenting activities in CRM; and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AV/Networking/Technology Integration.
• Control4 Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
