Job summary

AVDG LLC is seeking a Service Support Specialist to provide remote support and monitoring for US clients, troubleshooting smart home and AV integration issues, and coordinating field service as needed.

Requirements include 3-5 years in AV, strong Mac/PC skills, and networking know-how. You will work from our Nashville-area center with on-site presence 3+ days weekly and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years AV industry experience.
• Strong computer skills on Mac and PC with Windows apps.
• Knowledge of standard networking practices and configurations.
• Able to troubleshoot networking issues and relay to on-site technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and system monitoring for clients across the US.
• Respond to client requests via phone/email and perform system checks.
• Remotely install control programs and firmware updates for devices.
• Schedule, dispatch and manage service technicians for site visits.
• Weekend on-call rotation and in-office presence required.
