Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume.
• Experience handling 100+ calls/day and completing training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by answering incoming phone calls to address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Analyze customer concerns and inquiries, providing suitable solutions and ownership to resolution.
• Manage multiple software applications while listening and responding to customers’ needs.
• Research issues using online resources, especially for in-vehicle tech (Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, navigation).
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience by researching unique requests and offering solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting for in-vehicle tech, including phone pairing, multimedia products, and navigation features.
• Use strong emotional intelligence to diffuse challenging situations for a positive, low-effort customer experience.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure seamless service delivery.
